• Alton Stier, M.D. joins his brother & father at Stier Laboratories.
• Dr. Stier joins M. Patton, M.D., to form Patton-Stier Laboratories, which was housed in the Paulsen Medical Dental Building.

1964

• Pathologist staffing increases to three.
• Provided Laboratory Medical Director services at Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA.

1965

• Dr. Patton's interest in the laboratory was purchased.
• Laboratory was renamed Pathology Associates.
• A business manager was hired.
• Pathologist staffing increases to four.
• Management of the Laboratory transferred to a partnership of pathologists with rotating medical directorship responsibilities.
• Provided Laboratory Medical Director services at Valley Hospital and Medical Center in Spokane Valley, WA.

1969

• Pathology Associates splits into two entities: Pathology Associates Inc., P.S. (currently InCyte Pathology, P.S.) and Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories (PAML)

1971

• Laboratory moves to the North Spokane Professional Building on Lidgerwood St. in Spokane, WA.  

1974

• Pathologist staffing increases to six.

1980

• Provided Laboratory Medical Director services at Kootenai Medical Center in Coeur d'Alene, ID.

1983

• Laboratory moves to 11604 E Indiana Avenue in Spokane Valley, WA.
• PAML (clinical laboratory) is sold to International Clinical Laboratories.
• Pathology Associates Inc., PS, (anatomic laboratory) is retained by pathologist-owners, providing medical directorship for PAML and contracts for certain PAML services (courier, education, etc).

1993

• Pathologist staffing increases to ten. 

1998

• Pathology Associates Inc., P.S., takes over approximately 50 leased employees from PAML.

2000

• Provided Laboratory Medical Director services at Sacred Heart Medical Center, Spokane, WA.

2002

• Sacred Heart Medical Center employee-pathologists join Pathology Associates Inc., PS, increases pathologist staffing to seventeen.

2003

• Pathology Associates Inc., P.S., changes name to InCyte Pathology, P.S.
• Provided Laboratory Medical Director services at Kadlec Medical Center, Richland, WA.

2005

• New state-of-the-art laboratory completed at 13103 E Mansfield Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA. 
• Pathologist staffing increases to twenty-one.

2011

• InCyte Pathology purchases DSM Lab in Walla Walla, WA. 
• Pathologist staffing increases to twenty-four.

2013

• InCyte Pathology merged with Eastside Pathology in Bellevue, WA. 
• Pathologist staffing increases to thirty-five.
• Name is changed to Incyte Diagnostics
